Thank you! It was a really vanilla-y chantilly, chestnut purée and bits of marrons glacé as well as the vanilla ice cream

love this! Gare Du Nord as Paris itself is my favourite thing. i've only ever eaten at the Tamil spots (also since i've only ever been in paris as a person with no purchasing power) but if i'm ever around again, i'm getting that sundae
